Another Life Events is an event organizer based in the south of Sweden. You can reach us at info@anotherlifeevents.se. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

2. What we collect

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or social media trackers on this website. Browsing the site does not create a profile of you, and we do not share any information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us yourself, for example when you email us. That typically includes your email address, your name and the content of your message.

3. Why we use it

We use the information you send us only to answer your question, handle your request or discuss a possible collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, and in some cases a contract with you (for example if you are an artist, partner or supplier).

4. How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with Swedish bookkeeping requirements where applicable.

5. Photos and filming at events

At our events, photography and filming may take place. Photos and video recordings from the events may be used for marketing purposes, for example on this website, on our social media channels and in other promotional material for upcoming events.

If you appear in a photo or video and would prefer not to, just email us at info@anotherlifeevents.se and we will remove the material in question.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to our use of it, and to request a copy of it.

7. Changes

If we ever add ticket sales or statistics tools to this website, we will update this policy before doing so.
